Ruby is just over two weeks old now.
So much magic ... so little time.
Little things happen each moment that are so special. So blogworthy.
And yet there is no time for blogging. Heck, there's no time for sleeping or pooping either.
Our little family is existing in a total dream state. Some where between boob drunk and love drunk.
I imagine in a week or two I'll be able to put to words all of this joy.
I'll be writing endless posts about cloth diapers, developmental milestones and my awesome BOB stroller. I'll be filling webland with adorable anecdotes and frustrated ramblings.
But in the mean time, let me just tell me about two things that cause my heart to burst:
1) My precious baby gained over a pound in one week.
2) My precious husband wrote us a song.
Am I the luckiest girl in the world or what?

I just have to tell you that I sit at the edge of my seat waiting to read your updates- I am that thrilled for you. I am soooo happy Ruby is thriving and that you are all so love/boob drunk. I take it breast feeding is working for you?

Write it down Lisa - on paper if not on your blog. This is such a magical time right now and I wish I had wrote more about all those little feelings cause time has made my memory rather foggy. Even just a sentence here and there...

That's great Lisa, Ruby is looking lovely. Can't wait to read the cloth diaper posts :)and I too cant believe how time flies; Isaac and Ruby are three weeks old today.
Ruby is totally adorable! I'm looking forward to hearing your experiences with cloth diapers, strollers and being a mom - I learn so much from reading other moms' blogs.
